- Once your request is received, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or payment processor, it may take several additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.

2. Refund Policy for Reseller Program
As a reseller, you are granted access to sell our digital courses through our affiliate and reseller program. While we stand behind the quality of our products, we do not offer refunds to resellers for the purchase of reselling licenses or commissions.
However, if you are dissatisfied with a product you have purchased to resell, you may request a refund within 30 days following the same guidelines as outlined for individual courses. Refunds will be processed only if the course was not yet resold or distributed.
3. Exceptions to the Refund Policy
Refund requests will not be accepted if:
- You have accessed or downloaded more than 25% of the course content (in cases where course materials are available for download).
- You have shared, resold, or distributed the course material to others.
- The request is made after the 30-day refund period has expired.
- You have been found to be violating our Terms of Service or engaging in fraudulent activity.
